Idle issue, help me out here

So I got my flooding issue fixed with a set of clean injectors, but now I've got a slightly different issue.

On cold start I've got a problem. The engine will start and idle beautifully for about 3-5 seconds, then practically die. I've got to floor the throttle to get the thing to rev up, and basically it will repeat this over and over again until the engine warms up. If I try to drive the car whilst cold, it surges almost uncontrollably. It'll have full power, then no power, then a little power, etc. etc. If I don't maintain idle with my right foot it WILL shut off.

I've checked the entire intake tract for vacuum leaks with brake cleaner, starting fluid, and my personal favorite of a spray bottle full of alcohol. Nothing makes it flinch.

It also has a stumble at idle which clears up perfectly fine once it climbs above about 1000rpm.

    Anyone?

Disconnect the ICV and see if that helps with a cold start. If it does the ICV is sticking or not operating properly.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
