89 e30 tranny fluid leak/change/type

Hey guys, i think my manual transmission has a slight leak. do you guys have any idea what fluid to use and how to change it. thanks.

I prefer Red Line MTL in a manual transmission. There's a drain plug on the bottom of the transmission and a fill plug on the left side. You'll need a suction gun or pump to get the fluid into the transmission.
