It is under the interior trim piece at the windshield, at the front of the headliner. The motor is almost directly over the rear view mirror. You need to remove the sun visors then remove the trim piece from the front of the headliner. Be careful, the screws that hold the trim piece in are accessed by opening the sunroof. You'll have to remove the little, plastic rectangular cover inside and turn the motor with an allen wrench.
You REALLY need to get a Bentley.

yea i know i need a bentley, but heres the thing, you said i need to open the sunroof to get to the screws. well, the sunroof only pops up. when i try to put it back(open it) it goes back maybe a cm but doesnt even let air through. i cant get it to go back, so i was going to check the cables connections to the motor.

Sounds like your cables are stripped out like mine are. My sunroof does the same thing and that is about the only thing it really can be. I have not dug into mine yet to fix but have been told that maybe the motor can be dropped from going through the access panel. If you can get it loose to drop down some it should disengage the cables and allow you to slid e the sunroof back with your hand at least enough to reach the screws to drop the front headliner panel.
