To fix or not to fix...E30 1989

Well, my poor E30 finally sputtered out after 225k+ miles....literally my engine was smoking...
turns out I have (among many problems) a coolant leak...gaskets needed to be replaced, water hoses, etc....leading up to around $750 to fix

I'm wondering if it's worth fixing this...I do/did use it as a daily commuter?

(my other rides are E46 M3 and RR)...

i think i would for a daily/beater. but then again theres the costs of it (if your having done by a shop) or you can use the $750 toward an engine swap. just my $.02
