Fuse boxes

Are all of the fuse boxes the same on the E30s? I need to replace the entire thing in my 87 325. Also, is there an easy way to accomplish this. In briefly looking at it it looks like I will need to go wire by wire. Apparently the previous owner tried to do something with it, broke it and tried to spray foam it in.

I dont really think there is an easy way to replace it.

I tried on my old parts car and it well heh didnt come out so easy i ended up just feeding out all the wires. :?
