    VDO gauges, where to install?

I picked up 3 gauges for my e30, an oil temp, oile pressure and a volt meter. I was lookind for ideas on where to install them. There is limited space and I do not want to pod on top of my dashboard as I have seen some do at the autocrosses.
In my e46 there was a door compartment I removed to fit the three gauges in.
I would appreciate and ideas, pictures, etc.

    OBC delete gauge panel.

    Ash tray delete gauge panel.

    Both at:

That's what I did with my 3 gauges. You can also remove the cig lighter and put 3 in the second location. Or you can use a center vent delete panel and put all 3 there. It all depends on what you're OK with losing.

Or you could be a ricer and use an A-pillar pod.

I am resisting using the pilar pods. This is food for thought. Maybe I can only keep 2 gauges and the OBC is useful for us....

i have been wanting to make a pod that sits just above the driver side AC vent and flows in with the instrument clusted
