There is a funny noise that comes from the drivers side of the engine compartment, its really hard to describe though. It only happens when I turn the wheel, its kind of like a wooshing, but not like something is leaking. Also there is a rubbing sound, that may be because of the "rail" that powers the horn in the stearing wheel, but im not sure about that either. Any experience?

I had a rubbing sound coming from my steering wheel.... it got worse and worse. I popped the hood and spun the wheel..... my pressure hose was leaking.....

It is only active when you turn... it's a likely candidate.
I just had my power steeing belt cut through the coolant hose, so I cut it out. I like driving the car better without anyway...Comment

check to make sure you have enough fluid in there.
If you dont, it will make a whine/whoosh.
The power steering fluid... check that.Below the radar...Comment
