· When I lock the doors in my car, the passenger door lock goes down, but the door does not actually lock. Also, when in the car with the doors locked, I cannot unlock the doors by opening the door handle once. On the other bmw's I owned opening the door handle once would unlock the doors if they were locked.

· Does anybody have any ideas what the problem is?

· -The only thing I could guess is that the slight damage on the passenger lock has broken the internal mechanism.
