    Cold start up driveline problem?

Ok after letting the car sit over night, when I first start it up in the morning and accerlate down the road the car feels like the clutch is slipping. The revs slowly increase but in a jerky fasion and the whole car jerks. Today when it was doing this I put the clutch in and reved the engine and it reved nice and smooth, put the clutch out and hit the gas and same thing so I'm thinking the clutch is slipping. But once I drive the car for around 10mins or so, it quits and runs perfect, full out accerlation from a traffic light is nice and smooth. Then after getting home today I parked the car and came back around 4 hours latter and went back out and it's nice and smooth. But in the morning it does it. Any ideas? Last Feb. after I got the car I had to replace the pivot pin for the clutch release arm and I replaced the throwout and pilot bearing and tossed on a 100k used clutch disk and pressure plate I had in the garage as my old pressure plate got bent from driving with a broken pivot pin.

odd at first I though I had a vacume leak, as I fixed one leak and it seemed to be better. but when I rev the engine out of gear it does fine.
