How do you fix cracked/warped/missing plastic? (My BBS valance)

I'll post pictures of the valance as soon as possible, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix plastic that has cracked, warped, and is missing. I think the valance looks pretty cool and it's an authentic BBS valance that was made when Germany was still two separate countries.

I figure for cracked parts I can epoxy it together and then sand off the epoxy later.

Is it possible to flatten out warped parts? Maybe heat it up again and clamp it between some boards of some sort? Or clamp it first and then heat?

    What about missing pieces?
Is there any better than trying to fit and glue a piece of plastic with similar thickness?

And how do I find a respectable body shop in my area? I'm a little skeptical of reviews from google results. They're not very detailed.

    Thanks

Try to find a company that reconditions bumper covers, they will do it perfectly. To un-warp the part they will dip it in a giant hot water bath, this makes the plastic go back to its original shape. Do not use epoxy on it, it will crack right away. Use a plastic welder, they are cheap and easy to use. It is basicly a soldering iron with a hole in the tip. As for missing parts, you will need to cut up some old bumpers for material to use.
