Gas Gauge

I did search, but my gauge's light doesn't work nor does it bounce around.

Every once in a while when I start my car, the gauge reds full when its not.

Also last week when I ran out of gas, the gauge read just below a quarter tank.

Any help?

I'm not sure.

It doesn't bounce around like in other posts.

I'll try to take out the console this weekend and take a look.

Just take the back seat off, unplug the sender and see what happens, it should go all the way to E
