m52, m20 turbo or m42 (with suspension upgrades)?

Please read the entire thing before posting something just b/c you want to, it is greatly appreciated.

Ok so here is the full story...

In my garage right now I have a M52 (harness, computer, e34 pan, Dip stick, pickup, e28 mounts, OBDI swap parts..everything minus a few odds and ends except clutch and PP) that was supposed to have X amount of miles on it (100k or less), I have found out that it has over 145k, which still isnt terrible but none the less, it pisses me off.

So.... Would you if it were you...

    1) N/A M52 until you graduate and POSSIBLY (nothing guaranteed) boost it. I mean this is a minute (Mine ute: b/c I dont know if that is spelled correctly) possibility.

    2) M20 rebuilt and boosted.....dont know the exact setup I would use quite yet, but this is a definite thing that the motor would see boost...only thing, would be having to swap an M20 into an M42 car or trade for an m20 car...

    3) Keep the M42, rebuild it N/A or possibly budget boost it, and upgrade the sways, replace bushings etc. etc.

4*) Keep all my OBDI stuff and talk to my guy that got me the first motor (actual owner=family friend; instead of one of his employees that apparently didnt hear me say "less than 100k miles), and get an S52. This option would require me to add cash that I dont really have, nor do I know if the guy would even be willing to do this. So really stick to the other three options even if you say this one too ;)

Current setup is in sig......The motor is tired with ~250K miles, but still running hard for me.
