torqe spec for a 89 325i?

Just in case: Don't reuse your old head bolts, buy new ones.
Specs for the torx head bolts (which new ones should be)

All stages are done in the following order:

(12)(10)(04)(02)(06)(08)(14)
(13)(07)(05)(01)(03)(09)(11)

Stage 1 - Tighten to 22ft/lbs
Stage 2 - 90*
Stage 3 - 90*
