Stomp Test-- 1 short, 1 long, repeating...???

i've got a stomp test result i can't figure out-- i know it usually just starts w/ 1 long flash, then flashes a 4-digit code. but mine seems to be showing only a "1", like the title says, it just repeats 1 short, 1 long.

does anyone know what code that would be/what it means?
