Lubing window drive tracks

I got my doors on and plugged in. The windows sound like shit. I think the paint guys went crazy with the compressed air when they were prepping the car. They must have stirred up all the crap inside the bottom of the door. Is it possible to clean & lube the window drive mechanism?

Any suggestions?

pull off the door cards and you can see it all. you can apply grease by hand once the door card is off.
