M3 swap to 325

Hi Guys,

I've got a question for you.

I've got the following laying around in my garage :

- full wiring harness 1997 M3 (with SMG) with EWS2, incl all switches etc.
- Complete 3.2 eurospec engine with ECU's and complete wiring

This all came from the same car
additionally i have :
- 5 speed trans. from 1998 M3

and I also have :
- Complete european 325i from 1992.

Questions :
nr1.
Now you might see this coming, but what I want to do, is to get rid of the 325i engine and put the m3 engine in.
I'm hoping the engine wiring harness from the m3 will fit the wiring harness from the 1992?

nr2.
How can I remove the ABS system on this car, mechanically I'm able to remove it, but will the ECU give errors when the abs system is not connected?

nr3.
Can the old SMG ecu be removed without any problems?

Hoping one of you guys can give me some more insight in this.
