any changes needed to put in an e36 m3 steering rack?

Got in a "discussion" with the wife so now I'm gonna get everything done on my car that I've been wanting to do. I work too much so I can't do it myself. And after our "discussion" money is less of an object than it used to be :tsk:.

    I have a '90 325i 4-door.

First up is swapping my steering rack. I already have an e36 m3 rack in my car but the place I am taking it to says they will need to use an original rack to maintain their "quality of service." But I think I can convince them if there is no modification to installation. My firewall has already been 'adjusted' for the rack. Can somebody tell me if there is any changes to installation because of the e36 m3 rack?

    Thanks!
