    AC Chip question...

    Can anyone tell me any info on this chip...

    I know its AC Schnitzer for an M42, and this

      I would bet that that is NOT and actual AC Schnitzer chip. in germany a 318i is a M40 in 90-91 and a 318iS is a M42- so the label on it isnt even correct. I would think Schnitzer would be a bit more on the ball on the label.
      other than that I dont know anything about it.- could be a copy though.

          Well in the US all the 91+ 318i/is were m42s. I have seen an AC chip and it said AC schnitzer on it, definitely wasn't labeled like that.

              I have an original 175 AC Schnitzer Chip and the label has their logo on it.
