Need info on power to manual top conversion

I'm looking in to the possibility of converting my power top to a manual one, since getting this thing working again is going to take a huge investment in both time and money. I don't really need to have the power top, so I don't mind doing a manual conversion. But much searching on teh internetz has yielded very little info. Has anyone here done it? What pieces are requierd, besides the latch handle (obviously)? Are the latch mechanisms different? I know my toneau only locks with the help of the electric motor. Without the motor, in cannot lock with the top stowed.

It's super easy. Just replace the 2 latches and mount the release handle. I don't have any pics from my conversion, but maybe someone else does
