Door lock

My door lock pulls out with the key, it looks like there's some sort of pin missing, but I don't really know. It doesn't unlock, twists and stops in the right places, but that's it. What could be missing?

Take a look at this Real OEM page. You're probably missing clamp #19/20 at the very least. That holds the lock cylinder in the door.
