Im not sure you'll be able to get it back. I'd call the dealer and see if they can help you.

No programs but there are old books that dealers and stereo shops may have .
I belive Luke aka "stereo_installer" has the code books .

But there is also the trick you can do where you leave the radio ON for like an hour and it will turn on without entering the code .
I think thats the process . (?)
