white lithium grease in ICV???

im cleaning up the ICV on the wifeys 91 325i, yesterday i sprayed seafoam deep creep in it, and it idled perfectly for about 5 minutes until i messed with the gas pedal. it stopped surging etc. so im going to go at it again this morning, but im wondering if white lithium grease would be too thick to lube it up if its sticking...

Grease will just make it stick worse. If the valve is sticking it is because because it isn't yet completely clean.
