Tach died after cluster reinstall and obc removal

I removed my OBC and respective wiring harness and my tach doesnt want to work anymore. Does it have to do with the OBC harness or unit by any chance? Just trying to narrow down the problem. Anyone with experience please chime in.

Check fuse 21 and call me in the morning. :-)
