alright i did the head gasket and cam seal and valve cover gasket. I still lost a quart of oil in 4 days. Where the hell could i be leaking this much oil from?

Clean the engine really well and see where it's leaking from.

cleaning engine is a good approach. if u have an m20, check the control valve within the oil filter housing. a kit is available to fix this if u find this to be the problem. good luck
