    Pulsating 12 button OBC light

So, I was driving to work this morning with my stereo playing (2 amps and 1 sub) when I noticed my light on the obc pulsating. I thought maybe the alt was going dead or the battery was low - so I turned the stereo off. After maybe 5 minutes it was solid again. Is this an early indicator that my battery is dying?

    TIA

It would most likely be an alternator issue rather than a battery. Check belt tightness/wear, and check your battery's voltage with the engine running, and then with the stereo on. How much power are you running? Perhaps a capacitor will ease the stress on your 12V system. TX summer + A/C + heavy load on alt. = not ideal. Also, a crappy amp ground will be a nightmare so check that first. Same size as 12V+, soldered to an end, touching bare metal and tightened down hardcore. I don't know why I'm even typing; I'm sure Luke will get you straight. Good luck
