    thanks

Cluster board might have gone bad coincidentally. Try swapping another cluster in or replacing your SI batteries. Is the econometer gauge working?

if the Tach and eci gauge do not work then the avg mpg will not be calculated

You prob. burnt the OBC backlight too. That's the easiest part to fix if you're describing it right.

Check one of the fuses. If you have the manual or a bentley's, there's a list in there. There is a fuse that operates both of those.

                  Check fuses 10 and 21.
No code for the OBC. I think there's only one to lock it.

set the time, and anything else that needs to be set
change celcius to fahrenheit, kph to mph, etc

I'm not sure how to set that stuff. I have the 6 button OBC in my car. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Maybe someone else will tap in.
