Cone Air Filter Conversion?

Say this all with me......

Remove the AFM and a cone filter will gain you some HP.

HOWEVER, hot air will kill a cone filter with heat soak, in really HOT areas the car can stall when the filter get to hot. A heat shield will really help.

DO NOT cut or modify the stock airbox, it is a TRUE COLD AIR INTAKE, and will give the best HP till you remove the AFM.

LOL, they will never get it. It will simply go into one ear and accelerate out the other.... You'll always get the "Steve Dinan sells a kit for $300 and says it increases power therefore it must be true".

does someone make a kit to make a AFM car work with a MAF?
I am planning on speed density tuning when I do Megasquirt and turbos, but by then my car will have "antique" plates on it!
