i just tried to swap to an MTech 1 steering wheel, i got the airbag out no problem, and i put the new one on, however now i cant turn my key?!?! or the steering wheel, what the hell happened and how do I fix it? thanks

Take the wheel off and see if the key will roll, I think you jambed the collumn lock.
You have to have the key in and rolled to R&R the wheel.
Also remove the little plastc tension pin for the clock spring (white plastic spring loaded thing poking out the lock housing) or it will knock the horn ring
alright i took that white plastic tension spring and the rubbing went away, i got the key thing figured out, but now when i get the wheel on, there is a gap between the wheel and the steering column trim is that normal, and one other question, the splined column has a spring, a washer, and a circle clip, how does that get attached, is the circle ring supposed to fit in the groove on the column, or does it just sit past the splined part?
