can I mount a early model spoiler on tuck DB's ?

Looking at an early model sport valence...the one that has brackets the bolt on to the stock eta metal valence....can I still mount it with tucked bumpers ??

The early IS spoiler doesn't mount to the bumper, so in that respect it won't matter if the bumpers have been tucked. But it might look weird or possibly stick out past the bumper if they've been tucked.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I was thinking the same, it might stick out to far depending on the tuck job. And I didnt know if it bolted up to the bumper or not. Thanks

I think it does mount under the metal bumper, well mine did anyway (87is) and in that case the spoiler will go back with the bumper when you mount it.

This is what your talking about right? Not mine!

i think the question has been answered. i have another question. anyone know of a place off hand that i can buy that lower valence? mine is all busted up. i was thinking about getting a non IS front, and ditching the fog lights all together. but the IS valence makes it look a bit more aggressive and lower. thanks!

They are NLA new, but you can get them used every so often in the classifieds. I had to rebuild mine when I repainted my car... 3 years ago.
