It is for the m tech 2 panels, i am guessing for the front fender pieces. The part number is 51711934949

It is number 5 on the list. I am unsure if i need it already, and if i have it.

i honestly have no idea what it would do, but in my experience with dealing in these kinds of things (trim pieces and small clips) it never hurts to get them. they are only a buck a piece and it doesnt say how many you need, so who knows.. i would pick a few of 'em up just for safe measure.
