    that said, I leave mine on full stiff all the time. they are definetly stiffer than my old bilstiens, but I suppose if I wanted to go out on a date or something I could adjust them. I removed the bumpstops on the rear so I don' thave to take them off for adjustment. right now, I just back the car up on some ramps, use a breaker bar on the bottom bolts, adjust them and retorque them down..
    They'll last longer if you leave them on soft mostly and then run firm when you're acutally using it. I leave my rears a half turn firm and my fronts 1.5 turns frim, and I just crank up the fronts a little more when I go to track.

    As was stated before, get koni if you're going with a stiffer spring setup because the Bilstiens don't have enough rebound to control a stiff spring so you end up with some bouncing.
