    spongey brakes?

hey everyone, now that my car runs, i have a quick question..

the car has been sitting around for a few months. not being driven.

before i left it, the brakes felt fine. push once and you'd have brakes, but let up and push again and they felt "firmer". I guess this is a small vacuum leak???

second, now that im back, my brakes feel like they dont work 1/4 of what they used to.. the pedal neds to go to the ground almost before it feels firm and stops the car..

is this some air that worked into the lines? ive checked the fluid level and its fine.. what should i look at next?

    thanks.

Bleed the brakes. It's always the first step. Then if that works temporarily, you probably have a leak somewhere. If it doesn't work, then it is most likely the master cylider
