    My car hates me...

Just after spending 2-3 weeks changing my head gasket, oil pan gasket, and installing a Z4 3.0 SSK. Guess what it still burns mass amounts of coolant, not to mention I stretched the throttle cable when everything was apart. I probably did shotty work or it actually could be a cracked head or block. I don't know what the hell to do. Any, and I mean ANY suggestion will fly with me.

Ha ha ha... Parts dont just magically appear at your house when you order them. This is my first freakin time pulling an engine apart, lay off.

If everything is ok in all respects except one, I'd say you have a crack in the head.
Lets assume the head is not cracked and just need to get shaved to even out any imperfections. Replace the stretch bolts with metric blue grade 12.9 head bolts (150 mm long, M10, 1.5 pitch, hex socket): http://www.mcmaster.com/
Secure them up to 75 Nm first, then warm up the engine and loosen one bolt at a time and secure to 75 Nm again. If you're going to take off the top many times I'd suggest head studs, the risk of damaging the block is minimized.

When you say it burns coolant, how can you tell ? If you have a crack in the head you should notice that you're pressurizing the cooling system..

Well seeing as it has white smoke constantly coming out of the exhaust and it has that ugly burned coolant smell. I'd say I'm burning it.

Not everyone is a professional mechanic, so zip it.
