my car... so hot right now

alright guys lately my car has been runnin toward the hot side
it has passed straight up (barely) and it rides near straight up most of the time

so name some things i need to check i have no idea where to start all help is appreciated as long as its not flaming

Straight up? You mean the middle of the guage? That is where it *should* be.. or just a needles width past that.

Mine has always been a tiny bit past straight up and down, i also just flushed my coolant system

Some cars run right at half, and some just run cooler, no matter which one has which new parts. Half temp is fine.

But, you could check... fan clutch, thermastat, water pump, radiotor, etc.

yeah i checked everything is workin fine i just dont like the look of straight up and down it makes me worry

anyone know where on the guage the aux fan should come one is it like way past the middle jusst wondrin

Was the car running cooler before? And what do you mean you "checked everything"? Did you switch out the thermostat?

no i didnt change anything i looked in the bentley(i think its bentley its downstairs im too lazy to look) manual and found a quick check and did that and it checked out and i checked the fan clutch with the newspaper deal

it hardly ever gets to straight up and it hasnt done it this often before it just kinda makes me think theres somethin wrong

but hearing that it being just a tad past the middle makes me feel ok
