Rear caliper sticking? possible e-brake issue?

Ok so my ongoing issue w/ rear clunk & popping noise still persists after replacing my rear top shock mount & inspecting my rear subframe bushing (which are in fact fine). The sound is almost as if something spring loaded, releases.....which usually happens when i pull the car in reverse. When the car thrusts forward it makes a sound like something is loose, possible brake assembly?

I noticed my rear brakes are due for replacement, and recently had all my rear hard brake lines replaced throughout....since they rusted thru.

Question I have now is, I had a buddy listen outside as I pulled from a stop....and noticed the rattle/clunk noise coming from my rear pass brake. Can anyone tell me what are potential issues that may cause this noise back there? Is it common for calipers to stick on these cars, and could that be a potential issue?

I'm not really sure what I should start replacing nxt. Thank you!

A sticking rear caliper isn't going to cause a clunk or pop when reversing directions unless the caliper carrier is loose or the caliper guide bushings are bad. A sticking rear caliper will cause rapid wear of the pads on that side and a noticeably hotter rotor as compared to the other side.

Something wrong with the parking brake mechanism is a possibility as is a bad subframe or trailing arm bushing, bad half shaft, or a problem in the differential.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

yea i checked the rear differential + subframe bushings....they are 100% fine. I had a couple friends test drive it as well, and they all agree its coming from the pass side brake area. I even readjusted the rear muffler thinking that was knocking. This clunk has been driving me up the wall for months, and after replacing my rear shock mounts, im lost.
