Fan clutch resistance?

When the clutch is off the car how much resistance should there be to turn the nut?

42.7 lb.ft., 12" from the axis... just kidding. It should be pretty tough to turn. Your hand would probably hurt a bit if you were to do 5-10 full rotations.
