Remember, the unloader relay is grounded through the starter.

If you forked up on the starter wiring, the unloader relay will not allow power to anything.

Easy test? No power windows means no unloader relay.

the fuel pump isnt getting power when i turn the key
If by that you mean the the pump doesn't have power when the key is in the on position, that is the normal condition. The fuel pump relay is controlled by the DME and it is only energized when the DME sees timing data from a rotating engine. So you need to check for power to the pump while cranking over the engine.

The coil is powered directly from the ignition switch, So one side of the coil should be hot when the key is in the on position.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

all the relays work and the starter is hooked up perfecto(triple checked on that)

How do you know the relays are working? If you aren't getting power to the fuel pump, it could be the relay and possibly the DME (along with a mess of other shit). Get out your wiring diagrams and the multimeter and start testing shit.

Oh, and you should take the extra 5-10 seconds to write out sentences and shit.

No spark and no fuel pump operation probably also means no injector firing. The common causes of those conditions are:

                    1) No timing reference data to the DME
                    2) No power to the DME
                    3) Bad DME

In this case the first thing to check is to make sure the CPS is good and that it is correctly connected (it is easy to swap the cylinder ID and CPS connections. Then make sure that the main relay is good and that power is present at the connector to the DME when you turn the ignition on.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
