    Cold Start up problems.

It has gotten noticeably colder over here in NJ and for the first few mins...my car idles really high @ about 4 k rpm due to the throttle sticking. I have to blip it several time to get it back to normal. It did it yesterday and once again this morning Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this? :? It doesn't last long as I said..about 5 mins..then goes away when the car warms up.

I have by-passed the TB coolant lines due to the leaking gasket.. I was thinking this might be the cause? Fuddy has also by-passed his coolant lines and he doesn't experience what I do... :?

    Thanks.

Try spraying your return spring and assembly with wd-40 or similar,
maybe your throttle is simply sticking,
