compression test ???

ok its time for me to do a compression test on my car.
I've never done it on my 325is before...only on the e30m3.
So just wanna know what needs to be done.

where can i find the main relay for the fuel pump?

I usually just pull the coil wire, and then pull the plugs and put the tester in while someone cranks it over a bit.
