    Brakes go "boing"

    Hey guys,

When I enter my school's parking lot there are a ton of speed bumps, which requires a lot of clutch/brake modulation. My problem mostly happens whenever I start my car up after I get out of class. I'll press the brakes to slow down, and the pedal almost wants to bounce back along with making a "boing" sound. It stops making this sound after around 5 minutes or so, and the brakes operate normally.

Does anyone have an idea of what this could be?

    Thanks

I couldn't tell you what the problem is but your first priority should be to get the wheels off and do a physical inspection of your brakes and brake hardware. I would remove the calipers and check the guides for binding, wear, etc..

Or it could be a defect with the abs?

Get the wheels off and take a look.
