hydrolic brake booster

would there be any downfalls to running a hydrolic brake booster on an e30? how would it effect brake handling compared to the vacuum booster? dont have a really good reason to do this other than to be different. the e28 535i used the hydrolic booster and I already have the power steering pump for the system and I can get the other parts for probably free

I would just stick with the Vacume booster. A couple people who have done the Euro S50 engine swap have swapped to Hydro booster but that's to make room for the throttles. The problem with the E28 system is the Brake bombs will probally going out sometime soon, and It's a expensive part to replaced, and Hard. So it's best to replace it before converting.
