    A/c problem

    hey guys whats up, well i have a 1989 bmw 325i convertible and i am having ac problem and i don't know what to do, well when i turn on the ac the compressor turns on and i see that the clutch is moving it also has freon and the right amount too but it does not blow cold air what can be happening?

      yep thats the first thing i check.

      my father is telling me that my problem has to do something with the expansion valve.

        maybe, have you had the pressure(s) checked?

          Clogged expansion valve may be it, though I'd think if it was clogged the pressure switch would disengage the compressor(?).

            got the same problem

            clutch engages, no freon leaks, and no cold air.

              I am assuming you converted to 134A , if so , did you pull a good vaccum and change the oil and the dryer ?

                Based on my recent conversion you want to look into the pressure first and then probably the expansion valve.
