Fuel leak

I believe I have found the source of my fuel leak. In the picture below the hose at the bottom left corner seems to be the culprit. Its moist and feels squishy. Where does the other end of the line connect to and can I access it without having to drop the fuel tank, etc. Also I cannot figure out the p/n by looking at realoem

Thats a vent line that runs to the filler neck. I replaced mine a while back. It was leaking with a full tank. I didn't have to drop the tank, just needed alot of silicone to slide it in.
The part # for a 91 318is is 16121177553.
