    hose and pulley space issue.

My power steering pump and lower radiator hose have become good friends. I put another hose on and tried to space it a little more but no good it will still rub. I bought a smaller belt but i will have to work on it tomorrow. Oh BTW the pump wont adjust any farther. Sorry I had to type this quick.

Early car? Park it until you have replaced BOTH motor mounts.

Easy job, should take a guy who can change a hose about 3 hours total.

Might as well do both the tranny mounts at the same time.

Get rid of the power steering pump while you're down there.

        +1 on the motor mounts.
They may look fine, but I bet you pull at least the passenger one and you find it in 2 pieces.

you should be happy....motor mount is a very easy fix. Much better than a bent core support
