    the noises!

It all started off with a vibration noise from what sounds like under the center of the car. The noise would only last from 1-1.5k RPM in first gear. It would stop or not happen if i give the car more gas. I'm thinking that has something to do with either the exaust system or heat shield. I've been so busy lately that i just let it go for the time being.

Now i'm getting a strange medium-high pitched creeking shimmering noise coming from the right rear end of the car. it starts at about 2-2.5k RPM and stops at 3k RPM in 1st and 2nd gear but increases to a poping noise if i add (a lot) more gas. I usualy switch gears at around 3k RPM so i'm getting this noise just before i'm switching.

Is my diff going? Maybe a bushing or shock mount? Awhile ago when i had A control arm and fuel pump replaced and the guy said i needed new rear shock mounts. Could this be the cause?

I'd say Center Support Bearing, but if it pops, thats exhaust?

Maybe the popping has nothing to do with the vibration. I say get under the car, and look at all the exhaust mounts, and take a look at a few other small things too.

Shock mounts would only make noise/knock if the car is moving over bumps - unless it happens over bumps?

The noises only happen when the car is being driven in 1st and 2nd gear. It seems when the car has the most pressure on the rear end it get the creeking noise and when i first start off i get the vibration noise.

That really sounds driveshaft related to me.
