Do not worry about EWS, get the EURO s52 and then you can run the pre-Jan 95 DME for any m50 or s50 US or EURO, this will not optimize for the 3.2 but you probabyl want a pro chip anyway.....

I think, don't quote me, that the EURO valve covers are the same for the s50 and s52 so you will not have to mess with that, if you do then you do.
im not gonna touch the euro engine.... it doesnt fit well into the e30 and mods for it are out of this world.... just not worth it and frankly i think the us motors have more potential than the euro ones.... and as far as i know no euro s50 parts fit the us s50....

also i am asking the people on bimmerforums the same questions im asking here.... just figured that people here would have more insight into the e30 side of this all as well as picking engines.... since the e36 guys usually just stick with whatever came in their car to start with...

the biggest part is mounting the brake booster like the e32, in front of the driveside fender.

I was thinking the Euro head will work with the US block, could be wrong.

Also I am a fan of minor mods, the Euro s50 b32 in stock form would be all the power I would ever want.
