    blower powering issues

my blower motor has not been working since the first time ive started it after the fix. just today in auto tech, i was trying to diagnose the problem and testing wires and i shortened the issue down to the connector c204 under the steering column. it seems that there is an open circuit from the fuse #20 to the connector c204. is there a way to get to that wire and inspect it and/or replace? thanks

I've had 2 cars with molten wires in the fuse box.. One of them almost caught fire. open it up and check it. You'll need to re-run those circuits if that's the case.
