Bad alternator?

When I have my headlights on I notice they get brighter as the RPMs increase. They get dimmer as it goes back to idle. Would this be my alternator going out?

Never had any start up problems or a dead battery so I dunno.

It could be that your belt is a little loose. I would start there first.
