    Odd Clicking (Videos includes)

I'm wondering if you may be able to help me out.

Last night I was leaving a mall parking lot turning left and noticed a series of clicks. At first I believed it was my new snow tires rubbing on something but have since realized after putting my all seasons on that it's something else. It only happens when turning left at low speed.

I have checked the axles and all seems to be well.

    Thanks for everything,
    James

Sounds like a CV joint. Were you turning when the noise got louder?

Yeah I was turning in multiple circles as I live in a court.

The noise gets louder when I let off the gas at times but it is present under throttle too (as in the second video).

I'm an Architecture student and have this really sticky double sided foam tape for foam core white models. I just stuck 2 strips on the base of my camera and found a place where I would get to see the rotation of the axles. I think it served me well.

Check your ebrakes. If the pads have never been changed they may have become adrift and are floating around in the rear hubs. When I did mine they were all cracked and ready to fall off the shoes.

Lift the rear end and inspect all components for play or excessive play, driveshaft too. Run the car if you can while the rear is up and see if it makes the noise. Can you further isolate where the sound is coming from?
