reasembling throttle body! AAARRRGGGGHHH!

hi guys.

this forum is the bomb!

anyways, ive recently took my throtle body apart to give it a recon. But im having trouble putting it back together,

its the damn springs! they need to be tensioned up before you can reasemble, but im having real problems doing this.

has anyone done this before>?

Yup. Be persistant with some needle nose pliars.

I recently tore down a m30 throttle, what I did was get the spring lined up on the lower mount, loosely bolted down the plates, and then used pliers to pull the spring into place. It can be done it just takes time.
